Lone Star Lyric

LYRIC LAB

This is a 6-week intensive workshop which offers emerging artists a place to sing and perform with several of the finest pianists in Houston along with LSL's artistic director, Kelli Estes helping you get to the top of your game!

In a fun nightclub atmosphere, the Lyric Lab offers you the perfect opportunity to learn the art of cabaret, jazz, improvising,  and public speaking from professionals who have performed all over the world and are still working today.

This session will focus on the American Songbook jazz standards and end with a public concert!  Lyric Lab is a complete performance workshop, where you learn skills needed to be a well-rounded, confident performer - on the stage and in life.

Not sure you're ready to step up to the mic?  Audit a workshop to learn what it's all about to get inspired!  (No singing for auditors.)
